We are the group of friends with some common passions – we love the view of the sea, we are glad to have a glass of a good wine and we love to fullfil our dreams. And not only for us. And when we add some secrets spices – the magic of Spain, excellent weather and people, who are not chasing something, what they can´t define themselves, so the bottom line – you get what we do…
Some of you have been looking for the right place, others have just been enough with having a look around and they knew, they are at the right place. We certainly can´t know how you are with it in your own life, but we know that we aren´t leaving Spain. Home is home, but Spain has become our home for some of us forever and for some of us it has become the second home.
We were mesmerized by people who smile at you when you just pass them, people who are different from each other and still they can live next to one another beautifully. We were mesmerized by clean beaches, going through the whole coast, those grand, full of life, but also those which are lonely, where you can have a glass of wine with the sunset and tell yourself that your life is perfect and you are happy…
We were mesmerized by the sea which is completely different at each place, it has another kind of blue, once it is azure once it dark blue, at another place it is full of fish, which swim with you all the time and in another place i tis full of little jellyfish, which you will be afraid of but you finally find out that they are nice to touch…and when you look at them under the water, you will tell yourself, that the life is perfect and you are happy…
We were mesmerized by the delicious food, incredible variety and excellent taste. Alhough you are not completely fish eaters, it doesn´t matter, just have an italian pizza, french ratattouile or japanese sushi. Spain is marvellous exactly for the variety and we are happy to spoil ourselves. When you taste the real and special pealla and the excellent wine to it, believe us, you will remember us and say to yourself, that life is perfect and you are happy…
Last but not least we do everything not only that we want to enjoy our life but also that we sense that there is only one health. And keep chasing the success and money, just tell, does it make sense? For us not…

He is the head of our team, and not only that, he is heard and seen everywhere the most. It is a type of person, who you can´t miss in the street. He has lived through the experiences for two lives ahead, because also the area, he has been working in for his whole life, is not easy, the other way round. The area of his work is engineering – he has managed big and small construction companies, he has built the halls, ambassies, breweries, administrative buildings, developer projects, family houses, blocks of flats, just everything you can thing of. In the real estate he has been working the same amount of time. When you want it or not it is a close area. He is a type of person, who you want to have next to yourself, when you make a mess, because you know that he will never leave you in the lurch. And that he can solve the problems we can really guarantee.
In our group he is responsible for the clients from the Czech Republic and Slovac republic
Andrea is responsible for the clients from the Slovac republic and Austria. Her heart has been beating for the real estate business all her professional career, her experience is practically through the whole Europe and her clients love her for her reliability,sense of humour and complete honesty. She will never lie to you, that word is strange to her. She loves travelling, i tis her passion and just now she has begun to go – Cuba, Vietnam, Thailand, Denmark, Sweden. And believe it, that she want to fullfil her dreams hundred percent because as few people she realised that there is no time to wati and the life is needed to be lived here and now.
Gabriela has been living in Spain since 1997 and the real estate has been her work over 10 years. She has rich expecience with the sale of local properties. She knows very well the whole area of Costa Blanca (from northern Benidorm to south Almeria, at the same time she has travelled through inlands such as Murcia region, she lives in a beatiful town Orihuela.) She takes care of clients, who come to Spain for a tour, she will take care of them together with us and she will guide them through the whole purchase of the property from the contract of purchase to giving over the property and also after that.
Her work has become a hobby for her, she is fullfiled by it and she enjoys the contact with people. Mostly when the clients are Czech, Slovac or Austrians who come go this area of Spain to see the properties.
Garbriela has a professional approach, all the knowledge in the area, at the same time she will advise very nicely. She can´t deny being the Moravian native (part of the Czech Republic) she is hearty and helpful. That is why she is fully trusted by us and we are proud of her cooperating with us. Her life partner is Ginés (who is responsible for taxes and law service, accountants and financial consultancy). This personal and professional connection is excellent because everything is solved at once, with the knowledge of local customs.
Eva is a close cooperator to Kamil and they have been working together for almost 10 years. They are coowners and excecutives of two common businesses. They are a clear evidence of that fact that a man and a woman can be friends. And there have been many people who have tried to divide them, without success. Eva is a Moravian native by every inch, she has experience not only from the leading positions from corporates, but also from the Czech companies. She relaxes by putting together puzzles, she adores books, althought she doesn´t have time to read, because she is just kept being busy with the adolescence of her children. And Spain? She belong to those people, who got off the plane for the first time and knew that it was exactly the thing they were looking for.
Eva is responsible for the clients from the Czech Republic, Slovac republic and English speaking countries.
Tom is the youngest from our group, but he is ahead with his energy and you have the feeling next to him that you have to get up immediatly and go to fullfill all your secret dreams and wishes. He has incredible knowledge , he has his own opinion about many things but it is based on thinking over, study and also his own experience. He pursues his goal, harshly, ambiciously, certain, with realizing all the risks but also with the love and humility at the same time. Unbelievable combination.
He is responsible for the clients from the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, but also clients who can speak only English
Ginés is an accountant and a tax specialist. His other job are law service and financial councelor. He can aswer you all your question in these areas.
He is a real professional on his place, he enjoys work in his own company and it fullfils him, this is evidenced by his twenty-year practise in this area. His human and professional attitute will speak to everyone.
Reliability, work done precisely and in a high quality are obvious for him and togeher with Gabriela they are a perfect team.
